Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all UK orders — no minimum spend. Here's everything you need to know about getting your AeroChill™.

1. Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed over the weekend are processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery time & cost

Estimated delivery is counted from the date of dispatch and is a guide, not a guarantee. Delivery may occasionally take a little longer during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control.

3. Order tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, we'll send a confirmation email. Where tracking is available, your tracking number will be included so you can follow your parcel. You can also view your orders any time in My Account.

4. Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. If you'd like to order from elsewhere, email us first at contact@orlamart.com and we'll let you know if we can help.

5. Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at contact@orlamart.com — we can usually update it before dispatch.

6. Delayed or lost parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please get in touch and we'll investigate right away and make it right. Your purchase is also covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.
